Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- Products that have been installed, damaged, or modified are not eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We will replace items that arrive damaged, defective, or if the wrong product was shipped. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
